This policy explains how FINDHOMEGO AI TECH INC., British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when operating ReFilm (https://refilm.myshopkeeper.ai).

1. What we collect

• Your email address, for login;
• Photos and videos you upload (including product photos and face photos);
• Videos and images generated for you;
• Usage and cost logs (for example what was generated and how many credits were used);
• Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store your card number.

2. Why we collect it

• To provide the Service (analysing videos and generating your videos);
• For billing and credit management;
• To prevent abuse and fraud.

3. Face photos

Face photos you upload are used only to generate your own videos. We do not use them to train models.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the following processors, and only as needed to run the Service: Google Gemini, MiniMax and OpenAI (AI generation and analysis), Stripe (payments), Supabase (login), and Cloudflare and Hetzner servers in Germany/EU (hosting). These processors may process data outside Canada.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. How long we keep it

Your account data, uploads and generated outputs are kept until you request deletion of your account; logs are kept for up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (BC PIPA), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email support@myshopkeeper.ai.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage only for login and to remember your preferences (such as interface language), not for advertising tracking.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and they may not use it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date on this page.
