Terms of Service

ReFilm (https://refilm.myshopkeeper.ai, the "Service") is operated by FINDHOMEGO AI TECH INC., British Columbia, Canada ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service lets you upload product photos and/or a face photo; we analyse viral short videos and generate remade short videos using third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, MiniMax, OpenAI).

2. Your account

You log in with your email address. You must provide a real, working email and you are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login secure and contact us immediately if your account is compromised.

Children under 13 may not use the Service.

3. Credits and payment

The Service is billed in credits. One-time purchases include the trial pack (US$4.99, 260 credits, once per account) and credit packs (US$19 and larger packs); subscriptions include Standard at US$29/month and Pro at US$79/month (yearly options are available). Payments are processed by Stripe.

You can cancel a subscription at any time in the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Subscription credits roll over up to a cap and expire when the subscription ends; pack credits do not expire. Credits for a generation that fails are refunded automatically. Sales tax is currently not charged.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree that:

• you own, or have the rights to use, the photos, faces and products you upload;
• you will not use the Service to impersonate real people without their consent;
• you will not create or publish illegal, adult, hateful or discriminatory content;
• you will not interfere with or attack the Service, or circumvent billing or limits.

5. You are responsible for what you publish

ReFilm supplies tools; you decide what to publish. You are solely responsible for the videos you publish, including compliance with each platform's rules and with third-party rights such as the copyright in the original viral videos and their music. We do not guarantee that any generated content may lawfully be published on, or will not be restricted or removed by, any platform.

6. Limits of AI output

AI-generated output may be imperfect: it may differ from the original video or from your product or person, and it may contain errors. We do not guarantee any particular result, and we do not guarantee any views, sales or revenue.

7. Service availability

We try to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service depends on third-party AI, payment, login and hosting providers, whose outages or changes may affect it. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by email. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account and may refuse related refund requests.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss (including loss of profits, sales or data) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
